Items NOT Eligible for Return

  • Any item that has been used or whose seal has been opened
  • Any item damaged during the customer's own handling
  • Items whose original packaging — tags, stickers, plastic covers — has been removed or damaged
  • All swimwear items (for hygiene reasons)
  • All items purchased on clearance or sale
  • Customised products (jerseys, kits with printing) — unless defective

Refund Process Timeline

Day 0: You contact our customer service to initiate the return. We provide return instructions and confirm eligibility.
Day 1–3: You courier the item to us using a recognised courier company and share the tracking number with our team.
On Receipt: Our Quality Inspection Team receives and examines your returned item — checking for compliance with our returns conditions.
Within 7 Working Days: We contact you with the result of the quality inspection — informing you whether the refund has been validated.
Refund Issued: If validated, your refund is processed within 7 working days via your chosen method.

Requesting a Replacement

If you prefer a replacement product rather than a refund, simply let our Customer Service team know when you initiate the return. We will contact you as soon as your original product has been received and inspected, and will advise on replacement availability. Replacements are subject to stock availability.

Invalid Returns

If your return is found to be invalid by our Quality Inspection Team — for example, if the item has been used or the packaging has been damaged — we will contact you to explain the issue and arrange for the item to be returned to you at no additional cost.
